Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical (480v), plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems;
Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, equipment issues, and safety hazards;
Coordinate and perform repairs to building structures and assets such as fixtures, doors, windows, flooring;
Execute and document preventive maintenance programs for facility equipment and infrastructure;
Provide guidance to junior maintenance technicians and coordinate with outside vendors/contractors while ensuring OSHA compliance
