Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and efficient housekeeper/organizer for recurring monthly household cleaning, laundry, and home organization in Santa Clara (95054).
Schedule & Duration- First Visit (Initial Deep Clean & Setup): ~4 hours (Paid Trial)
- Regular Visits: ~3 hours, once per month (Recurring). If the trial goes well, we will confirm the ongoing monthly schedule on the spot.
- Note:
We will skip October due to travel, and resume monthly service starting in November.
Bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, and trash removal.
Note:
A robot vacuum handles most floor cleaning, so floors only require light mopping/spot-cleaning in areas the robot cannot reach.
Help organize clutter with a practical, logical system so the home becomes progressively easier to maintain over time.
Wash, dry, fold laundry, and change bed linens.
- Infant at Home:
Must be mindful of noise levels (quiet cleaning when needed). - Efficient & Self-driven:
Highly organized, fast-paced, and attentive to detail. - Prior experience in both home cleaning and practical decluttering/organization.
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and non-smoker.
- Must bring standard cleaning supplies/equipment.
Rate: $25 - $30 / hour (depending on experience).
Work ApproachWe will provide a detailed checklist with task priorities and focus areas for each visit to ensure clear expectations and smooth communication.
