About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to ensure operational efficiency and safety at Overlook property in Santa Clarita. This leadership role is essential for maintaining high standards of property condition and tenant satisfaction. By proactively addressing maintenance needs, you will support tenant retention and contribute directly to the success of our property management team.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. You will also lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance roles within multi-family properties or property management.
- Proven experience supervising maintenance teams and managing multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general repairs).
- Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
- Associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other relevant trades.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and property management software.
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts effectively.
- Leadership training or certification (e.g., OSHA safety training).
- Must work on-site at a specific residential property.
- Work schedules may include weekends and require being "on-call" evenings, scheduled days off and holidays. May require occasional or permanent changes in work schedule as the needs of the property demand.
- Contact with tools and equipment, including, but not limited to, hammers, drills, hand tools, electric tools and saws, augers, paint and drywall sprayers, and plaster guns, and with general office equipment.
