Facilities Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Regular Shift: 2:30 p.m.
-11:00 p.m.
Training: Approximately one month on 1st Shift, 6:00 a.m.
-2:30 p.m.
We're seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, cleaning, and facility upkeep in an active industrial environment.
What You'll Do- Complete basic plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment
- Maintain shop floors, restrooms, break areas, offices, and outdoor areas
- Safely handle industrial waste, cleaning chemicals, hand tools, and power tools
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- General handyman and facility maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and light electrical repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot routine facility issues independently
- Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely use ladders
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment, noise, dust, oils, and grease
