MFP tech’s provides onsite and remote support for all Crumbacher contracted and non-contracted clients. Work will include troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, repairing and installing new multifunction printers, and communicating effectively with customers and manufacturer support teams.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair common printer, copier issues
- Paper jams, feed issues, print quality problems
- Roller, fuser, and transfer belt replacements
- Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting
- Perform routine preventive maintenance without supervision
- Install printers onsite
- Calibrate devices and restore print quality
- Document all service activity accurately in Miracle Service ticketing systems
- Maintain parts inventory and request replacements as needed
- Provide clear, professional communication with end users on-site and via email
- Escalate advanced or vendor-specific issues when appropriate
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A high school diploma or GED minimum (preferred at least 2+ years of college)
Basic mechanical, electrical, and computer knowledge.
Must be able to lift 80lb and operate a hand truck up 300lb
Helpful To Have2+ years of experience in any of the major MFP providers in the country
Strong understanding of theory of operation in the xerographics processor
Background in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
