MFP tech’s provides onsite and remote support for all Crumbacher contracted and non-contracted clients. Work will include troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, repairing and installing new multifunction printers, and communicating effectively with customers and manufacturer support teams.

• Diagnose and repair common printer, copier issues
• Paper jams, feed issues, print quality problems
• Roller, fuser, and transfer belt replacements
• Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting
• Perform routine preventive maintenance without supervision
• Install printers onsite
• Calibrate devices and restore print quality
• Document all service activity accurately in Miracle Service ticketing systems
• Maintain parts inventory and request replacements as needed
• Provide clear, professional communication with end users on-site and via email
• Escalate advanced or vendor-specific issues when appropriate

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

A high school diploma or GED minimum (preferred at least 2+ years of college)

Basic mechanical, electrical, and computer knowledge.

Must be able to lift 80lb and operate a hand truck up 300lb

2+ years of experience in any of the major MFP providers in the country

Strong understanding of theory of operation in the xerographics processor

Background in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
