Four Seasons - 198 State Road 592 - Responsibilities:
Provide general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring all facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely;
Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both the visible and behind the scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience;
Approach each day as a proactive problem solvertaking initiative to address issues even when they fall outside the standard task list;
Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment, consistently acting in the best interest of the resort and your colleagues;
Assist with daily maintenance duties as well as engineering projects assigned by the Director of Engineering
