Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents, guests and team members;
Perform routine maintenance duties for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles;
Assist with heating and air conditioning systems, domestic water systems and pumps, refrigeration systems, motors, fans, electrical systems and emergency generators;
Perform carpet and hard surface floor maintenance and deep cleaning of resident suites;
Assist with Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Evacuation procedures
