Maintenance Supervisor
Supervise and direct maintenance personnel performing preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and facility operations for hospitals, clinics, offices, warehouses, central plants, and grounds.
Plan, assign, and coordinate maintenance work; establish priorities, allocate staff, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and accreditation standards.
Provide technical leadership by troubleshooting complex HVAC/DDC, electrical, boiler, plumbing, refrigeration, roofing, and other building system issues; perform advanced maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
Manage administrative functions, including work orders, performance management, training, leave administration, CMMS documentation, and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) responsibilities.
