The Management Trust is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Maintenance Technician to service our Santa Maria community. The role includes general maintenance of buildings, common areas, and pool facilities, with duties in electrical, plumbing, painting, and janitorial tasks.
Candidate should have 1–3 years in property maintenance, strong customer service, and basic computer skills. A valid driver's license is required for on-site duties and occasional travel within the community.
