As a Deep Cleaning Technician
, you will be responsible for performing specialized floor care and deep cleaning services while maintaining Dexterra's high standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time, year-round position, and a company truck and cell phone will be provided.

Your work will include:

• Stripping, waxing, burnishing, and maintaining a variety of floor surfaces.
• Performing marble polishing and restoration.
• Operating and maintaining specialized floor care equipment.
• Following all Health & Safety policies and using required PPE.
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Completing assigned work efficiently and to a high standard.
• Communicating effectively with your supervisor and responding to service requests.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 3 years of commercial floor care and deep cleaning experience.
• Extensive experience with marble polishing, floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, and floor maintenance.
• Experience operating commercial floor care equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
