The work hours for this position are approximately Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

The Lead Cleaner oversees the daily cleaning tasks of the cleaning/janitorial team while keeping assigned areas, such as offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings, clean and orderly. The role involves working successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization, following instructions, and using basic communication skills to explain task completion.

• Fill in during staff shortages
• Support Cleaning Manager in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand reporting systems and the environment

• 2+ years of commercial janitorial experience
• Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Must be a team player and committed to working in a fast-paced, quality environment
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Window cleaning
• Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Assist Cleaning Manager with day-to-day operations
• May perform other duties as assigned
