Lead the maintenance and repair program at a four‑star or five‑star hotel, ensuring that the property operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Perform ongoing facility maintenance and repair equipment to keep the property operating smoothly.
- Address common maintenance issues such as machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring, and inspect the building to confirm safety standards.
- Lead the maintenance and repair team, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain and enforce company standards for operational processes and procedures related to the hotel’s maintenance program.
- Escalate issues promptly and collaborate with guests and team members to resolve maintenance concerns with a friendly, high‑touch approach.
Full‑time hospitality schedule defined by operational needs, including weekends and holidays.
Conform to hotel dress and grooming standards: wear the hotel‑issued uniform, no visible tattoos or unnatural hair colors while wearing a uniform, no piercings except one pair of earrings, and neatly groomed facial hair.

- Technical degree or related certifications preferred.
- Prior experience in general building maintenance or painting in a hotel environment.
- Experience maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must have own tools.
- Valid driver’s license to operate company‑owned vehicles or own vehicle for work.
- Full‑time hours on a schedule defined by operational needs.
- Travel:
None. - Lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently; up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Use hands to manipulate tools and objects; adequate vision and stamina.
- Move about the property: stand for extended periods, walk, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in various weather conditions and climates.
