What you will do:
- Clean the clubhouse on a daily basis
- Clean apartments as needed, including model unit(s) on a daily basis.
- Assist maintenance and management as necessary to ensure curb appeal
- Coordinate housekeeping responsibilities during move-out/move-in assisting contractors and vendors as appropriate
- All other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Hourly pay with monthly bonus opportunities
- Paid time off includes holidays, vacation time and sick time
