Inspector, Maintenance​/Cleaning, General Labor

We are looking for several fast‑paced, detail‑oriented Property Inspectors to inspect vacation rental properties along the Emerald Coast. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like TV remotes, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also verify that each property contains all items promised to guests by our company.

You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs if detected during an inspection. Larger maintenance issues and other important findings will be communicated to the appropriate departments upon completion of your inspection.

• Commuting to and from properties in your respective territory
• Performing inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues
• Performing small maintenance repairs
• Reporting large maintenance issues
• Preparing properties for guest and owner arrivals
• Managing property inventory and staging
• Delivering needed items to guests

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

This is a full‑time position located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled shifts based on business needs.
