Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance at Terra Mar Apartments in Santa Rosa Beach. This hands-on role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while maintaining safety and code compliance.
You will tackle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks, respond quickly to requests, coordinate with the property team, and help keep pools and clubhouses in top condition.
