Commercial Property Maintenance Specialist

STG Asset Management is looking for a full-time Maintenance Specialist to provide routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair services on STG’s North Bay commercial buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in the trades; possess a can-do attitude; is customer service focused; and can be relied upon to be punctual, professional, and dependable.

The candidate will also be proficient with computers and data entry; is extremely organized and pragmatic yet flexible; can work overtime and be available on the weekends to respond to urgent matters; and is looking for a career where one can grow in knowledge and experience.
