POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Maintenance Technician
- Night Shift your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Support equipment utilizing high vacuum systems, advanced imaging technologies, RF sources, deposition, and etching processes.
- Work closely with process engineers, operators, and equipment engineers to support production and R&D activities.
- Assist with installation and qualification of new process tools.
- Develop and document maintenance and repair procedures.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers for spare parts procurement and service support.
- Participate in equipment upgrades, automation projects, and retirement of legacy tools.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Night Shift would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment or other complex technical systems.
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or equivalent military electronics training/technical experience.
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard engineering practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
- Experience working in a wafer fabrication (fab) environment.
- Knowledge of:
- High-vacuum systems
- Semiconductor deposition processes
- Etching technologies
- RF power sources
- Automation systems
- Experience working across mechanical, electrical, materials, and software disciplines.
Work Schedule
- Night Shift
- Occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Education:
Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or equivalent military electronics training/technical experience.
