Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities Manager), you are skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. You enjoy mentoring your team and developing new maintenance techniques, working with outside vendors, and fixing problems with precision. You have supervisory experience in property management and can turn a unit into a show‑stopper.

• Supervise the maintenance and grounds team, coordinating daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers.
• Lead the execution of asset preservation objectives for the property.
• Mentor team members, develop new techniques and innovations, and manage relationships with outside vendors.
• Ensure units are finished to high standards and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years in the multifamily industry with at least 1+ year of supervisory experience leading a commercial or residential maintenance/grounds team.
• Strong commitment to performing well in high‑energy and emergency environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook;
  Yardi Voyager exposure is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is an advantage.

$27.00 per hour, quarterly bonuses, and a benefits package covering health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, and more.
