Sales Associate Responsibilities:

* Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.

* Provide superior customer service to our customers.

* Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product.

* Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)

* Works closely with internal customers

* Upholds environmental health and safety standards.

* Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.

Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED required

* Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience

* Experience in the HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required

* Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

* Basic computer skills

* Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment

* Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers

* Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires
