Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities equipment and fixtures;
Inspect, clean, and repair equipment, documenting wear and recommending repairs or replacements;
Conduct major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry;
Oversee junior associates, provide onsite training, and ensure work meets quality, safety, and code standards;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
