Responsibilities include:
- Check and clean facilities and exterior grounds, and pick up debris/litter from around buildings, parking lots, and dumpster areas.
- Sweep or blow off sidewalks/walkways around buildings.
- Empty exterior trash receptacles as needed.
- General cleaning of building interiors including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash receptacles, and surface cleaning.
- Secondary restroom check/cleaning and ensure disposable supplies are adequately stocked.
- Perform building safety checks and report all unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Communicate with internal and external customers, Building Superintendents, and supervisors.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m.
* On-Call Required
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Valid Florida Driver's License at the time of hire.
- Experience with small tools and lightweight maintenance equipment.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
