Job Summary

Helps maintain the grounds of the various Hospital properties following a planned grounds maintenance program. Helps monitor hospital properties for their irrigation, fertilization and pest control needs. Works with Lead to maintain a scheduled pressure washing regiment on hospital properties. Maintains landscaping tools and equipment and orders supplies as needed.

Required Qualifications

* Require experience working in the landscaping/grounds care field (primarily in grounds maintenance of large resort or institutional properties).

Preferred Qualifications

* Prefer familiarity with computers and related software (Windows Operating Systems).

* Prefer familiarity with codes applicable to field and industry.

* Prefer irrigation system maintenance / repair experience.

* Prefer proficiency in written and verbal communication.

* Prefer the ability to work with minimal supervision.

* Prefer working knowledge of hand tools pertinent to trade(s).

* Prefer three (3) years of experience, preferably in large plant operations.

Mandatory Education

HS EQ:
High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
