CCG is currently looking for a Facility Cleaner to join our Facilities team in our Sarasota, FL offices. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing a variety of janitorial duties across office, production, and shared spaces.

• Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, production areas, restrooms, and shared facilities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across assigned areas, daily.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies, as needed.
• Dust office furniture, baseboards, and common surfaces.
• Clean and maintain breakroom and kitchen areas for employees use, daily.
• Remove trash from offices and shared spaces and dispose of it appropriately. daily.
• Conduct regular deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager.

• At least 1 year of consecutive work experience is preferred; janitorial or building maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work on your feet, including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings.

• Hourly rate of $16.00 plus 10% shift differential for second shift positions, Full-time, M-F 6:00 pm- 2:30 am schedule
