Job Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a food service or supervisory role
• Language: Proficiency in English

Responsibilities:As a Food Service Supervisor at McDonald's, you will:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning
• Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies
• Establish work schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
• Ensure food service quality control and adherence to culinary standards
• Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Foster effective communication within the team
• Uphold McDonald's commitment to exceptional customer focus
