Overview
Resort Manager position in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees all operations of a luxurious resort, ensuring impeccable service and memorable guest experiences. Nationality preference:
Pakistani or Malayalee.
- Manage and train staff to deliver high standards of service
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards across the property
- Develop and implement budgets and financial plans
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of guest service standards
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
