Resort Manager - Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia (Preference for Pakistani Nationals)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani candidates.

As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by managing all aspects of the resort, including staff management, budgeting, and maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

• Hire, train, and manage a team of resort staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial goals
• Monitor expenses and ensure they are within budget
• Maintain close communication with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the resort facilities
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role at a luxury resort or hotel
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
