Overview
Resort Manager vacancy in Hafr al Batin Saudi Arabia. The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and train staff to deliver high level guest service and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily resort operations and maintain facilities and amenities.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for the resort.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new guests.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry (preferably in a resort setting).
- Fluency in English and the ability to work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of Pakistani culture and customs is preferred.
