Overview
Resort Manager vacancy in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. We are currently hiring a Resort Manager for our luxury resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's operations including guest satisfaction, employee management, and financial performance. You will work closely with department heads to ensure high-quality service and a memorable experience for guests from check-in to check-out.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, activities, and maintenance departments
- Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Monitor financial performance of the resort and make strategic decisions to increase revenue and decrease expenses
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the resort
- Develop relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the resort and attract new guests
- Handle any emergencies or guest incidents in a professional manner
- Create schedules for staff based on occupancy levels and maintain labor cost control
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review goals and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality management role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food & beverage operations, etc.
- Understanding of financial statements and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, evenings as needed
