About the Role

We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team in a hands-on role supporting the preparation, maintenance, and repair of hoisting and rigging rental equipment. This position plays a key part in ensuring our equipment is reliable, safe, and ready for immediate use by customers across a wide range of industries.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment performing inspections, repairs, and equipment handling while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and perform quality inspections.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble, and test electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand-operated equipment.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload vehicles and move equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and on schedule.

Requirements

Experience

• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Experience with air hoists, come-alongs, manual hoists, electric hoists, or rigging equipment is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements

• Push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Lift/carry up to 55 lbs
