We’re looking for an individual who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience. This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and who can express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity.

• Complete painting and decorating projects with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Carry out regular maintenance and touch‑up work to ensure the hotel’s interior and exterior surfaces remain in excellent condition.
• Maintain and/or replace grouting and caulking as required with expert quality.
• Coordinate with departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping to schedule projects with minimal disruption to operations and guest experience.
• Maintain an organized inventory of paints, tools, and equipment, coordinating with Purchasing to reorder supplies as required.
• Follow all safety regulations when working with paints, chemicals, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

• 1–3 years of professional painting experience (commercial, residential, or hospitality).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills with engineering/maintenance staff and hotel leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Customer‑service mindset when working near guests or in occupied areas.
• Experience with interior and exterior painting techniques.
