Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Responds to and assists with all guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.;
Performs repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.;
Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.;
Maintains records for PM deficiencies, PM inspections, life safety inspections, and elevator inspections.;
Follows the Green Shield Schedule and SOPs to complete tasks per company standards.
