As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for keeping Allora’s stunning community in top shape—overseeing everything from apartment repairs and HVAC systems to grounds and amenity maintenance. Your work helps ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable, safe, and beautifully maintained home.

• Oversee daily operations of buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new residents
• Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance needs
• Train, supervise, and support maintenance and grounds staff
  
  Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory
• Deliver top-notch service with a smile

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in multifamily housing
• Strong HVAC skills and EPA Certification
• CPO Required
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Must have basic tools, reliable transportation, and be able to respond to after‑hours calls
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to walk property and work in outdoor conditions
