Technician, Field Svc - Savannah

We’re actively seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with necessary supported documentation, ensuring accurate information and record keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on‑site maintenance.
• Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance at a level that helps achieve the branch/district’s overall metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to successfully complete the 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel as required.
• Required to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
• Compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID‑19 vaccination and other measures related to COVID‑19.

Base salary range: $19.00–$26.51 hourly. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
