Job Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology
Field Service Representative for leading tech brands including Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Work Monday‑Friday. Travel up to 90 miles from home.
Benefits- $16.50 per hour

- Flexible self‑scheduling & fixed shifts
- Respond and maintain communication with field services management within 24 hours.
- Update availability accurately.
- Complete jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms, images, surveys before leaving job site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs.
- Participate in early‑morning installations, sometimes with team of 2+.
- Manage virtual software, ensure task execution.
- Assist teammates as needed.
- Submit accurate timecards, report anomalies daily.
- Work independently in fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification as required.
- Track and communicate activity via designated systems.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Age 18 or older, authorized to work in U.S.
- Availability:
Monday‑Friday, weekends/holidays as needed, early morning/late‑night possible. - Minimum 20 hours fieldwork within 30‑day rolling period.
- Physical: climb ladder ≤10 ft, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead.
- Adaptability: adjust to variety of tasks and environments.
- Communication: effective via phone, text, email; respond within 24 hrs.
- Education:
high school diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
retail or merchandising preferred; installation experience beneficial. - Technology: own Android or Apple device, use mobile apps, upload photos, data; navigate communication platforms.
- Training: complete all training assignments promptly.
- Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, willing to travel up to 90 miles.
- Leadership & communication: strong professional communication, decision‑making, judgment, problem‑solving, time management.
