Maintenance Assistant

As a Maintenance Assistant, you support the physical safety and functionality of the hotel’s property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas. You will respond to customer service requests, perform a variety of maintenance tasks, assist with preventive maintenance inspections, and document all activities.

• Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
• Respond quickly to guest calls and team‑member work orders.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry areas.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
