Job Title

Maintenance Technician II

• Weekend night shift (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) 6:00 pm to 6:30 am
• Starting pay $30.00 per hour with a $1.00 increase after 6 months, up to $34.00 per hour within 3 years
• Shift premium $1.50 per hour

• Support reliability and performance of critical material handling and building systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on conveyors, material handling equipment, lift trucks, dock equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic issues involving PLCs, motor drives (Servo and VFD), networks, and external I/O devices
• Use technical drawings (blueprints, schematics) and diagnostic tools (multimeters, laptops, testing equipment)
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organized work areas
• Operate material handling and battery equipment as required
• Assist other technicians and provide clear communication with associates, suppliers, and leadership
• Complete work orders, logs, and records per established procedures
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment efficiency and uptime

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology plus at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology
• Alternative: 3 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of automated equipment and PLC/PC programming knowledge
• Industrial electrical experience (480 V 3‑phase, 110 VAC, 24 VDC)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with PCs, industrial control devices, and networks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work shift schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Customer service orientation and teamwork

• Associate’s Degree in electronic technology plus at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology
