You will oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate with vendors for capital projects, and ensure timely make‑ready turns with basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
The role requires 4–5 years in on-site maintenance with 1–2 years in supervision, and an HVAC certification is preferred. A valid driver’s license is needed to travel between properties.
