Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Job description:

A salaried Hotel Maintenance Supervisor leads the engineering team in maintaining a property's physical plant, guest rooms, and public areas. They ensure all systems operate efficiently, handle preventative maintenance, and enforce safety standards to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience.

• Full Room Maintenance: Direct and perform detailed repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative upkeep inside all guest rooms.
• Upkeep of Common Areas: Oversee the continuous cleaning, repair, and aesthetic maintenance of lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.
• Grounds Maintenance: Manage landscaping, exterior upkeep, debris removal, and overall curb appeal of the property.
• Pool Cleaning: Ensure daily testing, chemical balancing, filtration management, and strict sanitation of the swimming pool facilities.
• Team Leadership & Safety: Train staff, manage departmental budgets, and enforce compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.

• Job Type: Full-time, Salaried
• Schedule Requirements: 8 hour shift + Emergency On-Call;
  Day shift, Evening shift, and Night shift flexibility;
  Weekend availability required;
  Holidays required

• License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities with a guest-first mindset.
