Position Overview

Housekeeping helps families who don’t have time to clean their own homes. With a career in house cleaning, you will bring them joy and relief, and reward yourself in the process.

• Earn $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus tips and incentive bonuses
• Pay weekly, up to $700–900 per week

• Clean customers’ homes following Molly Maid standards
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (team lead)
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping supplies (team lead)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients
