RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep and ensure clean, safe common areas both inside and outside our properties in Georgia. The role also supports make-ready tasks, basic landscape work, and light repairs under supervision.
You will operate power washers, floor scrubbers, and other equipment, respond to after-hours maintenance calls, and update work orders to ensure timely completion while upholding safety standards.
