What You'll Do as a Custodian:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of facility buildings to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel.
- Perform essential floor care duties, including consistent sweeping and mopping throughout high-traffic areas.
- Manage waste removal and the sanitation of restrooms to meet high hygiene standards.
- Monitor and restock essential supplies across the facility to prevent operational delays.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management for immediate resolution.
Skills and Experience:
- Reliability: A strong commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule and ensuring facility standards never drop.
- Observation Skills: An eye for detail that allows you to spot maintenance needs or safety risks before they become problems.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage your tasks independently and keep the facility stocked and sanitary throughout the shift.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort with active work that involves standing, walking, and manual cleaning tasks.
