Owens Realty Services is seeking a Floor Technician for the GSU facilities in Savannah. The role involves cleaning all floor areas to reflect high standards of the Custodial Department. Schedule is 3rd shift, 10 PM–7 AM, with full-time hours and holidays/weekends required.
Pay rate is $17/hour with comprehensive benefits. The candidate will perform mopping, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors, monitor safety, and maintain equipment.
