The PM Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on assigned HVAC equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in such manner as to eliminate system downtime and ensure optimal client relations. Responsibilities• Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures
• Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
• Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary
• Assist in client, site or customer emergencies as needed
Qualifications- 1-3 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial/industrial)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong understanding of building systems and safety protocols
- Ability to work at heights and operate various lifts
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Skill in using hand and power tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
