Maintenance & Custodial Manager

Reports to:

Lead Pastor, CDC Director, and Admin Assistant

Position:
Part Time (20 hours/week)

Role:
To facilitate a clean and safe campus, to include both the Church and Preschool

Responsibilities for the CDC (Preschool):

• Empty all trash
• Stock supplies (soap, paper products, gloves, facial tissue)
• Clean gates, water fountain, & doors
• Sweep & mop gym floor / Clean classroom floors in July and when needed

Responsibilites for the Church:

• Sanctuary
  • Empty all trash
  • Check exterior doors to see if they are locked from the weekend
  • Mop when needed // Erase Scuffs on Floors & Walls regularly // Clean blinds when needed
  • Clean exterior windows & doors when needed
  • Empty all trash
  • Clean exterior windows & doors when needed
  • Check front doors to see if they are locked from the weekend
  • Help with tables & chairs setup for midweek events
• Anchor Building (Annex)
  • Remove all trash
  • Check front doors to see if they are locked from the weekend
  • General Properties Maintenance
  • Weeds & Grass (when needed) // Ant Removal on Playgrounds and general properties
  • Watering Plants
  • Blow off front steps, walkways, and sanctuary porch of Entire campus on Friday
  • Clean & Check water level of water fountain, fill when needed, Clean & Seal Bird Baths
• Vehicles
  • Inspections to keep maintenance of vehicles up to date
  • Fill up with gas when needed
  • Clean inside and outside regularly
• General
  • Small Projects when requested to do so & General Repairs
  • Clean all Exterior Glass on Doors/Windows when needed in all buildings
  • Water Plants in Pots on Exteriors
  • Pressure Wash & General Wash Projects when Needed

• Must pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and move over 10 pounds
• Must have a good worth ethic

• Knowledge of electrical work and repair
• Knowledge of plumbing work and repair
• Knowledge of vehicle inspections
• Knowledge of general property repairs
• Positive attitude and willing to work well with others
• Flexible Schedule

Minimum Education :
High School or Equivalent
