• Own and support the month‑end and year‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Perform variance analysis and identify root causes with recommended solutions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, HR, and leadership

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong month‑end close and general ledger background
• Manufacturing experience preferred
