Senior Staff Accountant

Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 + bonus

• Own day-to-day accounting operations as a Senior Staff Accountant, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet and P&L variance analysis

• Manage inventory and cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate general ledger activity and strong supporting documentation

• Partner cross-functionally and support audits by preparing schedules, working papers, and analytical insights as a Senior Staff Accountant

• Drive process improvements and deliver complex ad hoc analysis as a Senior Staff Accountant, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA required

• 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in inventory or cost accounting environments

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial statements, and general ledger activity with advanced Excel skills

• Detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant with strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
