Corporate Controller

A growing, private-equity-backed organization is adding a Controller to support its next phase of expansion. This individual will take ownership of core accounting operations, reporting, and team leadership while helping modernize processes and strengthen the overall finance function.

The position offers strong visibility to senior leadership and a clear path toward increased scope over time, including potential advancement into a broader leadership role. The company is actively investing in growth initiatives, both organically and through strategic transactions.

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, and receivables
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with applicable accounting standards
• Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard assets and ensure reliability

• Lead the monthly close process and oversee preparation of financial statements
• Review results, identify key drivers, and ensure overall accuracy and consistency
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external audit partners

• Lead, mentor, and develop an accounting team
• Establish clear processes, expectations, and development plans
• Build scalable capabilities to support ongoing growth

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Base Salary Range: $,000
• Bonus Eligibility: 20%
