ABOUT THE COMPANY
- Our client is a leading manufacturing organization looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their accounting team.
- Hybrid schedule after fully trained!
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:
- General Accounting, AR experience
- Accounting degree preferred but not required
- ERP experience
- Strong excel skills - knowledge with pivot tables and vlookups
{Yearly} Salary $50,000 - $55,000
