Touch Tunes is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team in Schaumburg, IL on a hybrid schedule with up to 50% remote. You’ll own a portfolio of customer accounts, resolve billing questions, reconcile balances, and keep payments moving.
You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop payment plans and ensure accurate posting while upholding Touch Tunes’ values and focus on data accuracy and customer service.
