DescriptionConvergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward Lease Administration and Real Estate Support Specialist to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks related to lease data management, reporting, process documentation and real estate process and coordination activities. - Support internal lease administration and real estate activities across Convergint’s US and select international portfolios
- Assist with lease data entry, abstraction, validation, and updates in internal systems
- Prepare and distribute recurring reports, including rent schedules and critical date tracking
- Help maintain process documentation and contribute to updates of internal playbooks
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Transaction Management to ensure alignment and data accuracy
- Participate in onboarding activities for new accounts, including data migration and system setup
- Assist with monthly billing processes and internal reconciliations
- Respond to internal inquiries related to lease terms, obligations, and reporting
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and data as needed
- Support the development and maintenance of real estate standards, policies and procedures
- Provide communication and coordination in support of lease administration and real estate for all offices across the portfolio
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current on lease administration practices and tools
- Demonstrate initiative and urgency in completing assigned tasks and meeting internal deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all lease-related activities
